REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. CRYPTOCURRENCY & TELEGRAM ANNOUNCEMENTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Absolute Finality: All cryptocurrency payments, blockchain-verified ledger transactions, and automated Telegram announcement features are strictly non-refundable, permanent, and non-reversible.
- Transmission Failures: We do not offer refunds, account credits, or technical recovery support for digital tokens transmitted over incorrect blockchain network layer branches or sent to unverified destination wallets.
- Content Rejection: If your paid community announcement is removed or banned due to a violation of our core platform rules (including malicious links, unauthorized financial promotions, or rug-pull activities), your distribution fee is forfeited completely without recourse.
2. WOOCOMMERCE DIGITAL STOREFRONT PURCHASES
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital goods, all digital product sales, premium template files, and digital media access are final and non-refundable once the asset link is delivered.
- Physical Merchandise (If Applicable): If you purchase physical storefront stock distributed via our retail channels, you have fourteen (14) days from the documented delivery date to request an exchange or refund. Items must remain completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging layout. The buyer is responsible for all associated return freight charges.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Voluntary community subscription tiers can be manually canceled at any point by contacting us directly at contact@theblackdeed.org. Your access to premium features will persist through the conclusion of your current authorized billing interval. Past renewal payments cannot be retroactively prorated or reversed.
